They responded to our call within an hour, identified the issue, made the repairs he could, and put us in touch with the necessary people and resources to file a claim on our behalf. The absolute nicest interaction I've ever had with a service provider

The service people were fantastic but the communication from the office staff was not satisfactory. Timing was an issue but overall the plumbers were friendly and helpful. Will use KMX Plumbing when needed.
