I am appalled by the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the current site manager, Hasan Cecunjanin. It is disheartening to note the dismissive attitude and lack of courtesy displayed towards residents when addressing their concerns. Effective communication and a respectful demeanor are essential qualities for someone in a managerial position , and unfortunately, these seem to be lacking in the current site manager's approach. The building is really quiet for the most part. The location is very convenient. However, the building management is poor. KMW realty does not answer their phones nor do they respond to emails. I lived here for four years and it is an ongoing headache and stress. Anytime something is wrong you have to jump through hoops to have the issue resolved. So far, I’ve had issues with mold in the bathroom, paint chipping all through the apartment, lack of heat and hot water for three of the four winters, a toilet that leaks, the apar... read more

Lane's review was correct. I was living in this building (2012-2015), The management was completely irresponsible. I was burglarized in late 2015 and these fools sat on the "video" recordings for weeks until it was "too late" to recover. Overall it wasn't too bad living there as I didn't require much, but they really won't do much for you outside of collecting rent...
