If your apartment complex says this group is coming to remodel...be prepared to have a bunch of strangers in your apartment for at least 3 months longer than they're supposed to be. The paint they slap on with a sprayer will not adhere well and will literally come off If you take a shower. They will come in and out of your HOME like they paid the rent that month.
