I ordered a custom concession window with awning, gas shocks, and integrated shelf from KMT. Around 4-5 weeks later it arrived and I was upset to discover the shelf had not been included. So I called and was given the option to send it back, which would have added months, or to have the shelf sent to me separately. I chose the latter even though this now meant that I had to do the job of the person that messed up and after a few weeks, I received the shelf.
