I agree about the service. The front desk ladies are especially rude and entitled - it's like ther own private club. I will not shop there again and that's too bad because the selection and prices and floor staff are pretty good.
I believe this was my last time shopping at this store, Coquitlam location For the first time in 16 years, I came to return an item. Right at the counter, a staff member loudly claimed that my purchase was a final sale, making all the customers in line look at me as if I were doing something wrong. However, the sale was not final—there was no stamp on my receipt indicating this, and I had confirmed during my purchase that the store has a 30-day return policy.
