Taking too long time doing start appointment only my appointment at 9 am still waiting for door didn’t call 4 hours waiting broker laid they take fcfs no restroom at parking lot guy come out side and says we do today by appointment and they not doing also appointment system still waiting for door no respect for driver time no come again ——- zero star
Nice people, easy to find ,you have overnight and they have restrooms but in my case they didn’t have common sense and they showed serious lack of intelligence so I ended up being here for quite a while unfortunately, I hope you guys will be better luck than me
appointment was for 9 o’clock ,checked in at 8:30 AM ,so 1hr and 30minutes later still no door. there was four trucks ahead of me so I don’t understand why they have appointments if there is a first come first serve situation here… anyway if you can, come at least one hour earlier..
A lot parking spots
