I rented my "trailer in the desert" from KMS. Most of it is done online so the process was easy. The AC went out over July 4th weekend and the team had a cooler to me within hours and an appointment with the AC company for later that week. Autumn was my contact. They are amazing!! Autumn and Olivia always willing to help! So efficient and friendly. Our participants are very thankful they are willing to give them a second chance. Have never had an issue with them and have been working on housing our less fortunate population. We have housed over 10 families and individuals in the last 3 months.
