Poor workmanship to cover already bad construction. They put "lipstick on a pig" and call it a day. Company does not care about people and only about bottom-line. Safety does not seem to be a concern. I don't recommend renting with KMS or buying a "flipped" property from KMS, this is fair warning.
I highly recommend KMS.friendlyiest bunch of professionals I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with..they are dialed in yo make make your life as smooth as possible (as long as you pay your rent ).otherwise they will bring the hammer down.so pay your rent..
