Nick was professional and very informative as to the process he was about to do. Also update me on his progress, complete with images of before and after. I will definitely be using this service again.
I felt guilted and lied to by the sales rep LeVonne. She quoted me $830 and when I called the next day to cancel because I found somebody to do it for $430, she immediately came down $300 although she told me she was giving me her absolute best price the day before. And when I tried to cancel, she tried to make me feel responsible for putting her guys out of work at this slow time of year even though I had just scheduled it the day before! Super inflated rates and manipulative sales tactics. No thank you!
The overall experience with KMS was excellent. Everyone from scheduling to service was personable. Alex did amazing work with duct cleaning, furnace cleaning/assessment, and dryer vent cleaning. He did a great job of explaining what he did and what he found during the process. We definitely plan to use KMS in the future.
I just purchased my first home/condo and my realtor recommened KMS. I was impressed they were able to get me scheduled in such a short time. I wanted to get the ducts and vents cleaned prior to my actual move in day and before my new dryer was delivered. Very professional and informative service person came out and explained everything to me. Even told me when he sucked up 2 dead mice from the floor vents. Yuck!. So glad I had KMS come out and clean everything.
