This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. If there was 0 stars I would select that. They do not guarantee anything. They came and claimed that they cleaned the vents, they did not provide any pictures and when we asked them to come back, they came to the building, claimed that we are not at home even though I told tech to come in. NEVER do business with KMS. Total waste of money!!
RecommendedAn extremely positive experience for the second time for me. Rawshand was my technician this time. He was on time, polite, careful, respectful of my property, wore a mask for the COVID and booties so my floors were clean, able to communicate so I understood what he was doing, and had ten years of experience! This is the best company in my book and I am super picky and definitely hard to please.
We hired KMS to clean our air ducts and dryer vent. They had to come back twice to repair the furnace work. Several days later we found our dryer vent kinked and very hot. We had to have centerpoint come to our house because the wiring was still wrong and we hired an HVAC company to fix the dryer vent. We have called several times and mailed the requested document to them and they still won’t refund our money. Professional service, fast, efficient and hands down affordable!
Alex was great he called me 20 min prior and was on time. He explained what he was doing and even made sure the 2 little guys covered thier ears before he blew out the vents. He did a great job and I will recommend KMS
My husband and I are renovating a home we purchased that was built in 1954. We needed to have 2 fireplaces inspected and cleaned. When I called, the staff was very friendly and explained the process describing that their technician would come and complete a thorough inspection and clean 2 fireplaces, including the use of chains to remove soot. On 5/15/2017, Derwin, the technician from KMS, came to my home to do furnace cleaning including the air conditioning coil, air duct cleaning, and inside and outside dryer vent cleaning. Derwin removed his shoes upon entering my home and did a great job cleaning up when he was finished. He was incredibly thorough, personable, helpful, and explained things to me about what he was doing as he was working.
