I would not recommend renting space at 585 Stewart Ave. They do not know how to maintain a comfortable temperature in the building due to cost cutting and letting the building get cold or hot over the weekend. Also their parking lots have no cameras or conveniently non-functioning ones. Several of my coworkers have had their vehicles damaged in their lots without the ability to find the car that did it.
BEWARE!!!Kate Rogers is a HORRIBLE Property Manager. She is a reprehensible person. Nasty, Greedy and aloof. All she cares about is how she can scam and steal. BEWARE!!!! You have been warned.
