KMR Cycles is a joke they should Answer the phone ,email and open there doors would be nice
RecommendedQuick and easy. Never had a problem with KMR. Parts were always overnighted without an additional expense. Same with tires unlike other shops.
Very disappointed with my trip through here. Brought in my ktm 250 SX-F to have JUST the valves checked and a NEW Boyeson Quickshot put on carb and a carb clean. I was told it would take a few days 3 weeks later I got it back and paid $450 only to run it once and find that he put a (used) quick shot on and didn’t put a shim back in causing the valve to hit the piston and damage the head. By far the worst motorcycle shop in Spokane! You take a complete bike in for service and get a bike back. With parts missing! Had a buddy take one to small claims court this last year and win against Kmr I would recommend staying away.
Steven and Metric are top notice! The clutch on my Victory Cross Country gave out on my trip to the northwest. They had the parts overnighted and had me back on the road the next afternoon at a fair price. Because their efforts I was only down for about 24 hours. Thank you for saving my trip!
took my Harley there and they got me in and out in no time they rebuilt my front forks thanks again guys
