Called a couple of days before my appointment in June because I hadn’t received a reminder. Their response was “Oh, well that appointment is going to be rescheduled because we only have one hygienist right now. We’ll call you back when scheduling opens up.” Ok, thanks for the heads up. Fast forward to September and I get an email that my dentist is taking a sabbatical, but that a new dentist will be happy to see his patients. Scheduled for a cleaning over 6 months ago for today. Found out my hygienist left the office and works elsewhere now....from another source. I figured I better call to check if I still have an appt. I understand the Covid-19 virus has changed/messed up things but I was never notified my appointment was cancelled. As a long time patient it is very disappointing. The office has gone down hill.
