Bad Bad Bad. I called the night before to get a taxi for the morning. they made the reservation and the man said they would be there. morning rolls around and they never show up. i called and they said the night must not have put it in, then they said they would call me back to tell me the soonest they could be there. i never got a call back.
Really pleased with the service. I was so doubtful and felt like I had to call the night before and 5 minutes before the cab was scheduled to arrive. The Taxi Dispatcher was kindly confirmed my appointment for me. When I called at 5:45 (5 minutes before the scheduled arrival), he told me he was 2 minutes away. He called back in 2 minutes and said he was driving up and voila... So I'm headed to the airport again this Friday and already made my appointment. Excellent Customer Service – This is one of the best taxi service in Sacramento "Always on time, sometimes even early . with courteous, friendly drivers who really care about their passengers, I always call this service first. Many times UI've been up against a deadline (get to work on time, get to a place before it closes) and the driver has always gotten me safe on my place.
Best Sacramento Taxi Service – Today i am going to share my experience on Kmm Cab Co. This is the taxi service everyone love to have it. They have clean vehicles,clean experienced drivers. I am using there service form last 6 years no complaint about thank you Kmm Cab Co.
I was totally impressed by the quality of service provided by the company for the price paid. Usually I am not into leaving reviews for businesses on internet but since Reviews on Citysearch was which caused me to try their services, I thought it would be fare for me to chip in my two cents.....long story short....use them. I am totally over whelmed and sold.
5 Stars Service – We have tried out so many taxi companies in Sacramento in the past and this is so far my favorite. They are always on time and professional. We have never had problems and will continue to use them for all our taxi service trips. Highly recommended!
Kmm taxi is the best – I have used this cab company once and was satisfied. Usually use Yellow Cab Co but they were late that day. What I like about Kmm Cab was they arrived fast, nice driver and after being dropped off he asked if and when I would be calling for pick up to go back. He then handed me his card with cell phone number and cab number and said he would try to be available at that time in that neiborhood for my convenience.
