Poor customer service. Francesca never returns calls. They use the cheapest building materials possible. Things constantly break and or need repairs. The walls are paper thin. Apartment came with bed bugs and required 4 fumigation and a carpet cleaning before the bugs were gone. Another apartment came with a broken towel rack, door stoppers, and a broken dishwasher which overflowed water onto my kitchen flow.
