Poor lawn service and poor customer service. They charge you more when work is not needed. They try to start their mowing season before the last frost in March when grass hasn't started to grow and will try to continue into late November - well after grass has stopped growing. They are careless with their cutting - they cut down our entire garden with a weedwhacker - and will not take responsibility for damaging your property. There is a reason they charge less than the professionals. Use ONLY as a last resort!
Not even one star. Call only if you want a) to hear plans to ruin your landscape. "We want to cut down trees and trim the rest so we can mow under them. in the future" NOPE b) "You have a really nice house, it just needs to be cleaner inside." And I got to pay $300 for that. Yesterday K or M or J came to the door. I rejected his offer to insult me some more. I generally don't slam the door in someone's face, but yesterday the house rattled.
