Kyle and crew, a very professional. They built a custom-made duct system in our old house for the new HVAC system in our old house. There was no forced air system ever in that house. It worked fantastic. So good, when we moved, we had them out to our next house to put a new heat pump and air handler in. Great job, and thank you from our family!
Kyle came out quickly on a Sunday and replaced a blown capacitor in less than an hour. KMI will be our first point of contact for future HVAC work!

We were told by a larger HVAC company that our AC had 3 problems and needed multiple expensive repairs or needed replaced. We held up on the repairs or replacement. We called out Kyle from KMI for a second opinion. This was a great move. He replaced just 1 inexpensive part and had my system running. He is honest and doesn't try to over charge. Glad we found an HVAC person we can trust.
