I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with KMH Cardiology. The level of service was shockingly poor for a healthcare provider. I arranged for my operation report to be sent to the clinic from another medical centre and asked them to provide me with a copy. This is a simple request—printing a document takes seconds—and is completely reasonable in any medical office, especially since I took the initiative to have the report sent to them myself. I have been going there for few years for any MRI..I feel very fortunate to be treated by a fantastic team (From Booking, Reception and Technicians) The technicians went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, and their attention to detail really stood out. They make sure I felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. They make me feel very comfy because the room is cold..Excellent keep up the good work.
Very pleasant experience in this location, from the reception to the technologist. I arrived earlier than my schedule but I was attended on promptly.
