I had an excellent experience here for my MRI. It was at 8am and I was welcomed, treated with respect. I was taken care of by four people, and each one explained to me what I needed to do, next steps, and the process. Because I was well informed and there were clear expectations, and the Technician checked in with me via the headphones during the MRI, I felt safe and taken care of. It was ok but for two issues. 1. I went to where I was told to go as per address suite 101, then from there I was told to go to suite 201 first? I should have gone there first, but I was not told to do so. Why are these suites not connected? I think that would be convenient. I know I was there for two procedures but why different suites? 2. In suite 201, I was told to wait to be called. When called I was escorted to a room for ECG test... ultrasound..I think. I had a very positive experience at this medical laboratory. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. The employees demonstrated both efficiency and kindness, which made the entire experience much less stressful. The environment of the lab was clean, organized, and welcoming. Waiting areas were comfortable, and everything appeared well-maintained, which gave me confidence in the quality of their services. The atmosphere was calm and reassuring, helping patients feel.

I had an excellent experience at the KMH MRI Centre. Kush was incredibly professional, patient, and reassuring throughout the process, which made the appointment very comfortable for me. The reception staff were also friendly, organized, and efficient. Their clear communication and welcoming attitude made everything smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend KMH for their outstanding service.
