Had a call from KMH Cardioogy Center to complete a follow-up intake call. It was an AI virtual agent or chatbot. It didn't understand the difference between medication and supplements. It was like trying to communicate with a meth induced monkey. By removing proper personal service, KMH Cardiology owners have demonstrated they prefer profit over people. Disgusting. Is there a zero rating available?
Wednesday June 19th. Still no return call following more messages left with receptionist.
Husband had echocardiogram on June 10th. Found out today ( June 18th) at GP'S office that he was in atrial fib. during that exam. No one advised my husband of that finding until today. Meanwhile, he spent last Friday ( June 14th) at North York General Hospital in Toronto. Needed Cardioversion for atrial fib. Husband had been in Toronto to enjoy a game of golf with old friends.
