The technician I had for an abdominal and cervix ultra sound had terrible bedside manners. Half way through the procedure I went to the washroom to relieve myself. When I returned she was cutting her nails on the counter top. I don’t even recall if she washed her hands. How unprofessional is that. Dirty and disgusting. Further, when it was over she didn’t even move the tray so I could get up without banging into it. Lastly, she didn’t offer anything for me to wipe myself off. Everything ok , friendly staff , not busy and on time.
I had the worst possible experience with this lab. The tech performing an ultrasound was absolutely awful. She asked me to undress without closing the door to the hallway, the procedure was done in the most disrespectful manner (usually you at least get a paper or a sheet cover to cover up the legs, but not here). Obviously, there was no basic ethics training. This was the most painful and unprofessional trans-vaginal ultrasound I've ever encountered.
