Zero Stars - I have multiple email threads showing a complete lack of follow-up across the companies involved in this plan—Life X, Pro Act, KMG Services, and Benefit Services. I am continuously passed from one team to another, and no one actually resolves the issue. I submitted a cancellation form and replied to the existing email thread that included all relevant parties. I've never been a fan of outing out a company but this company shady practices that is concerning and I'll be reporting this to the BBB. Despite loosing my job and giving ample time about my short term cancellation this company has decided to seize my money shame....
Will not answer, does not reply to emails, and charges when I've requested cancellation. Beware of this scam.
Would give no stars if I could. Nobody responds to emails or phone calls. My husband has been trying to get ahold of anyone for two weeks. Emails, phone calls all go unanswered. Especially when you have billing questions/issues.
Update 11/29 - we are going to be complaining to Florida Insurance Commissioner about KMG and Detengo. The statute that deals with insurance cancellations says that unearned money should promptly be returned. Detengo has still not acknowledged our cancellation after stating we’d hear back in 72 hours, and then processing for refunds takes 7-10 days.
