My psychiatrist, Bradley Guion, told me to call the office to request my monthly refill. It's now been FOUR business days since I called and had a message sent to him and he has not sent the prescription, even after telling his office manager that he was "sending it right away" yesterday. The staff called me to schedule a video appointment on 07/24/2025. I had to move my schedule around to be on time for my appointment. After I access the video link and waited for 25 minutes and then a message from the doctor appeared stating my appointment was on 07/30/2025 without any other explanation. I called the office and asked for a manager and After explaining the above moved the appointment for the next day at the same time and had to rearrange my schedule one more time! I’ve been under Dr. Bindal’s care since 2019, as my past 5-star reviews on yelp reflect. I’ve seen the office grow a lot, and while I deeply respect Dr. Bindal as a person, the expansion seems to have sacrificed the personalized care that brought me here. Last week, I had a horrific experience with an assistant (whose name I didn’t catch) that left me feeling accused of being a drug seeker. The Vista office is so professional, friendly, and helpful. The office manager there is always welcoming, accommodating, and makes you feel at home. She is the best. I highly recommend this location for TMS treatments.
