The entire team at KMG is great! The receptionist is always warm and friendly, and whenever I call with a request for the doctor, they communicate quickly and take care of it efficiently. Dr. Brandon Cole is exactly the doctor I wanted. He gets straight to the point and listen to you. Highly recommend.
Well, my review is going to have to be based on just trying to schedule my appointment because I never received a call back or a follow up. I’ve reached out to them more than four times through phone calls and the texting service. After the third time of me trying to reach out is when they finally asked for my insurance information and then they still never followed up again. Kng Psychiatry is an amazing office. All of the staff are so personable, professional, and friendly. Dr. Bindal is so understanding. The treatment itself has helped me so much with everything from concussion recovery to managing my depression. I highly recommend KMG psychiatry and TMS.
I just completed my TMS treatment and I am beyond thankful for doctor Bindal and all of his staff. They treated me with kindness and were always available to answer my questions. If you are thinking about looking into TMS, I highly suggest going through their office!
