2 faced staff. tms neurostar was extremely PAINFUL! STARTED HAVING CHEST PAINS IMMEDIATELY AFTER LEAVING QUACKS WHO DONT CARE. ENDED UP IN THE HOSPITAL. I WONT BE BACK.
My psychiatrist, Bradley Guion, told me to call the office to request my monthly refill. It's now been FOUR business days since I called and had a message sent to him and he has not sent the prescription, even after telling his office manager that he was "sending it right away" yesterday. I have been out of my medication for two days now because he refuses to do his job as my psychiatrist. The staff called me to schedule a video appointment on 07/24/2025. I had to move my schedule around to be on time for my appointment. After I access the video link and waited for 25 minutes and then a message from the doctor appeared stating my appointment was on 07/30/2025 without any other explanation. I called the office and asked for a manager and After explaining the above moved the appointment for the next day at the same time and had to rearrange my schedule one more time!
