I live in one of their subsidized communities in Traverse City, Michigan. I love the staff and the maintenance people are very nice. I do, however, have issues with some mice that are or seem to be meeting and forming families here and I can’t get rid of them. That’s the reason for my three stars. I would’ve given them five but it’s been many months and I stepped on a dead one on my way to the restroom at 2 AM one day and that made me sick to my stomach, that’s worth two stars.
This company is running a scam, they charge people on section 8 $50 more per month for rent , they take the utility allowance from section 8. They have a tax credit program, that they scam, with false information. The management like to constantly harras tenants, threatening them cursing at them, And they constantly enters tenants apartments, when they are not home.
