I have been living in my apartment complex for over ten years I have seen management come and go but by far KMG Prestige is the WORST! I am contacting legal aid they make up things as they go along and they want you to comply but they won't comply and fix anything. But they have the right one because I know my rights as a tenant and I will be putting my rent in escrow until we come to a resolution!!!!!
Great properties
Managers pick their Friends to move in. And teaches them how to kick out residents. Who've been there for longer than 20 years. By telling them to go down to courthouse and fill out paperwork, so they don't have to. It doesn't matter. Because when the manager decides they have a friend they want in your apartment. I’ve been advocating for a disabled senior who is a dear friend and lives in one of the subsidized communities managed by KMG Prestige. Management issues constant lease violations for minor, and sometimes even non-existent, infractions. They are quick to initiate evictions against residents who already have very limited housing alternatives.
