They have a new maintenance crew and they have been getting a lot done in the past month .. hopefully reviews will start getting better . I drive by and can see a big difference just in the outside of the apartments....starting to look really nice 👍 village Green apartments Flora il .

I have been living in my apartment complex for over ten years I have seen management come and go but by far KMG Prestige is the WORST! I am contacting legal aid they make up things as they go along and they want you to comply but they won't comply and fix anything. But they have the right one because I know my rights as a tenant and I will be putting my rent in escrow until we come to a resolution!!!!!
