Woke up on a cold Fri am and both AC and Furnace were both running. And the Nest thermostat referenced Aux Heat. First time it did that. I have a plan with a provider for both heating and AC maintenance and repair. And they installed the Nest thermostat 4-5 months ago. So first call is to the service provider. They sent a man. He says we don't fix thermostats and I should call the thermostat mfgr. Really!
