Dr. Challa is a good doctor however the nursing staff at the Endoscopy Center are not the greatest. The person checking me into the procedure area was told that she could not use my left arm for any type of pressure cuff. The first nurse to come to do my IV was told you cannot use my left arm. After two unpleasant attempts in my right arm she gave up and said someone else will have to do your IV. I'm taken to the procedure room and another nurse starts my IV with one try.
