I had a very disappointing experience at this office today. I arrived shortly after my appointment time because I came directly from work in my scrubs. I had the front of my insurance card but not a photo of the back, when I stated that to the front desk worker Linda she said “there’s nothing I can do for you” so I immediately called my insurance company (UHC) to get the information. Hey there! I'd never seen a dermatologist before, but I'm absolutely thrilled that I picked these folks to help me out with my skin and scalp problems. Seriously, everyone there is just so incredibly friendly and upbeat! Both New Kansas and KMC totally welcomed me with open arms, and I really appreciate it.
The worst ever..just don’t go and don’t trust their estimates…they will give you an estimated amount but you will end up paying a lot more and if you refuse they will force you to do so just because you have seen their so called doctors
