I was in an automobile accident that was not my fault. The claim is not settled due to an injury and KMB agreed to wait on the less than 20 bucks I owed them until it was settled. Well, I just got a collections notice. Thanks KMB for your awesomeness!

KMB services is specialise in pathology practise in bllomington and Normal area. They have multiple branches and associated with big corporations. They do not have online bill payment services and customer care service also not that much better. Even though i have provide the correct Insurance details some times they note down incorrectly and used send the bill saying that your insurance provider not responding for the claim. When i call them then they used correct it.

If I could give less that one star, I would. KMB is a pathology practice here in the BloNo area, but they're part of a much bigger corporation that has offices in several states. I've been billed by them not only for lab work (pathology), but mostly for anesthesia. My wife has been billed by them as well, and we have two different medical insurance companies. EVERY SINGLE TIME this company double-bills the insurance company, gets paid what the contracted rate is with the first bill, and, of course, the second, duplicate bil... read more
