I have very bad history with them
Staff and management team at Cedar Rapids location is unreliable, unresponsive and unprofessional.
When I was moving to Iowa City, I went out of my way to avoid renting any KMB-associated property. Unfortunately one year into my lease my landlord sold the property to them and I quite frankly will never forgive him for that. Just like all the reviews say, these people will try to milk you of any and every dollar you have plus your security deposit. The year the derecho hit, I came home to window damage.
