Cross check sizes, they put sized coat hangers on any size clothes. Pull a 16 hanger, get a size 10 piece. I've never been able to go without checking the tag.
Absoloute disgrace I like kmart but when i went there this time everything was on the floor no one cared to pick it up and i was just holding a soccer tat they sell and one of them just asked if i am going to buy it I was anyways going to plan to by it then he just snatched of my hand
Store was so messy that you couldn’t get a trolley down the shoe aisle. The seats had shoes all over them so we needed to move them to try shoes on. No staff to be found for assistance. No manned check outs open and when it was requested it was flatly refused. Asked for staff members name wouldn’t give it. Was fixing her nails and on her mobile phone so the thieves could have had a field day in the self serve checkouts. The girl did not want to be there. Give some customer service training please Kmart. Very dissatisfied .
very bad hospitality. staff wasn’t even helpful. did a click and collect and item wasn’t even ready to collect. ended up wasted an hour just for a toothpaste. never going back again. ever.
