Poor customer service ! Very disappointed � in customer care
My Dr called a prescription in around 12:30pm Ive been a pharmacy customer for about 5 years, I have never had a problem except when the woman Phyllis is working I arrived to pick my 2 scripts up around 530pm figured that was plenty of time to fill them needless to say they weren't ready after standing at the window for about 6min no one else was there she laughs I asked how much longer she said 20min asked her if she wash sure because i 85 yo dad was in the car..oh yesh Suzanne it will b ready I went back after 30min needle... read more
Shame on you Somers Point Kmart! I arrived at your store a few moments after 8am to a semi full parking lot thinking you were open and running, your doors were closed all the front row parking was taken by store employees with the exception of the handicapped. I sat across from an 84 year old man for the ten minutes past opening time waiting for you to open who I then watched stuggle the distance to your door because he had to walk so far, shame on your employees for taking the closest spots over customers shame on managemen... read more
Why do you have no less than 25 styles of slippers for baby girls but not one single pair for boys? Took forever to find an employee to ask if maybe boys slippers were some where else. Nope.
Terrible experience! I went to the the pharmacy to buy Mucinex and was the 2nd person in line, the pharmacist ignored me and took the person behind me. Didn't get he Mucinex so I'll be stopping at rite aid which is where I should've gone in the first place. Then I'm trying to purchase gift cards and because they don't properly train their cashiers I had to go to the service counter to finish this transaction. This is after waiting 10 minutes for the cashier to count money which she did like 5 times because she's obviously ve... read more
