I will never shop at Kmart again. Yesterday, Zoe and I spent a considerable amount, 185. 36 on household items, clothes for H, etc. The order was rung up, I signed for it and their computer froze. I was assured the transaction did not go through and was sent to customer service to be rerung up. This morning my account shows 2 charges and Zoe got one receipt on her rewards card. Shoutout to the helpful staff today in the electronics section. I went in with my two kids to buy a gps bc my phone died and wouldn't charge and was very lost. One of the guys went to his office and printed me directions to get home. Thanks so so so much.
I went to K-mart today and I bought a cover for my pool, 16ft by 42in. It was the last one on the shelf so I got home and later today at 9:45pm I was going to put the cover on so I took it out of the box and it was wet! I unfolded it and it smelled moldy and the string was worn and falling apart, and the cover itself was weathered to where it is 3 different shades of blue! On top of all that it is a smaller size than what it says on the box! I will be bringing it back to K-mart tomorrow nice and early and I am not happy with... read more
