I am very pleased with the service
I ordered a 45-inch pool online and went to the store to pick it up. It took 45 minutes. the pickup desk wasn't staffed for a long time. When someone did get there, they couldn't find the merchandise even though we'd gotten the e-mail saying they'd set it aside. A manager told an employee to get the pool and bring it back and the employee just stood there. Finally, I got the pool myself and brought it back to the pickup desk, which was again unstaffed.
