Good place for shopping
Appalling service by customer service !! Went to return a faulty item and the woman behind the counter ( greish bob hair cut with glasses) tattoos on her arms, was looking down at us like we were the scum of the earth! How dare she !! Please learn how to deal with customers without judgement!! She shouldn't be behind that or any other counter! Disgusting 🫣
The lady working at the Service desk at 9pm on 17/10/25 had such a bad attitude that I’m actually gobsmacked. Went to go do a return, and she said “you’re meant to scan your receipt at the front door person first. I’ll let it go this time” WHAT. I went to Kmart Minto tonight. It was 7:56pm I went to run in there told me no. I said there is 4minutes left and I just need to grab 1 thing. They told me the til was closed but people were still in lines. So I said that is bs cause them people wouldn’t be in line. I said I need just 1 thing and it’s just behind you. He said I can’t.
