Fully stocked and nice and clean store. No complaints!.
Usually workers at this store are quite kind, but the lady at the returns was so rude. I wanted to refund an item when all of a sudden she was arguing with me about how I should've shown my item and receipt to the person at the entrance. I explained to her that I didn't know and she came back at me saying that it's policy. When I showed her my receipt to ask where it says I need to show the item at the front, she went quiet but still had a rude face. Never ever has a Kmart worker been this rude to me.
Don’t do click and collect there useless
Normally I love Kmart Minto but lately, when shopping for particular items, I end up coming home empty handed. I now mainly shop online and only buy in store if the item I want is not in stock online.
