No ability to check gift card balance at register. 1 staff monitoring absolutely packed self serve section with large queue. Attempting mixed payment: requires me to input amount on gift card, which is unknown. No self serve option. I ask the busy team member for assistance. They also cant check a gift card balance. Rude unhelpful staff in store and on phone on a rare occasion someone answered the phone. No one wants to help customers..sack the lot of them. Forget online website as it is so inaccurate regarding stock..Changeroom asian woman needs to learn some manners..and the service counter, short stockie miss arrogance is so rude, everything is an inconvenience for her!
