Waited ten minutes at the service desk for a click and collect and no one came
I accidentally dropped something I turned to pick it up but before I did a random employee yelled at me
I ordered some pictures and I ask them when my pictures are ready then worker told me that the machines broken so I waited 40 mins. Then the manger came up and asked my name and I told them and my picture was already ready so the worker didn’t even check and made me waste 40 minutes of my time which is absolutely ridiculous. I expected better than this.

random worker accused me of stealing because she saw my skin colour, didn’t like it, lied and tried to make me pay for a product i got at coles, just because there was a random packaging lying around. said she saw me put it on my lips, well yeah of course i put it on my lips, it’s MY PRODUCT.
