We were in the store about 2 weeks ago looking for a Lego set. Kara was so helpful in finding the right set that we were looking for and it really made our day. This was a surprise for our son’s birthday. Thank you so much Kara for your help and wonderful customer service you have given on that day!!

I am an 80 year old woman on Monday I entered the store from the food court area . I found I didn’t have a coin to fit the trolley and asked if the staff member could undo one for me , she said no we don’t undo trolleys don’t you have a coin or note that they could change for me . I don’t carry cash that made no difference to her. I had to pick up a large toy for my grandsons birthday so had to carry this there was other shopping I had to do there but decided I would rather go to big w where the customer service is much bett... read more
