One of the worst customer service i have ever experanced
Poor Customer service
While buying our sons bday present we were buying x2 bags of chips, the sign said $3 but scanned as $4. We politely called the assistant over to question the price, she became very rude and loud and told us someone/anyone can change the price. We said ok cool we get that but its not our fault the sign says $3, shouldn't we get it for $3. The assistant became more rude and loud. Very rude staff. I just asked about getting a trolley because I didn’t have a coin. I completely understand if they can’t help with that, but the way the staff member spoke to me was very disrespectful and unnecessary. A simple explanation would have been enough instead of that attitude.
