If you are close, better to stick with the Toormina store which is typically better stocked and doesn't require coins to use trolleys. Coins in 2025, really?

Horrible customer assistance. I came straight from work to buy an XL cat tower and they refused to help me get a trolly as I have no cash and couldn’t get cash out because I only carry my phone as many people do. Two employees they continue to tell me they can’t unlock it with one of their keys. I then went and grabbed what I needed and pushed it on the floor across the whole shop with quite a few judgement looks and laughs. Forcing customers to bend over and push heavy and large items is absurd.
Called up Kmart looking for a product and was told they had it in stock and to go up to the service desk and ask, so then I went there and to find out that they haven’t updated their system and they don’t have the product so they waisted my time
