Bad customer service, Grace so rude and she didn’t help me at all.
usually my service here is very good, however when i went to order something at the service desk the blonde hair girl called sienna was extremely rude, not even to just me but other innocent customers. She rolled her eyes at me and acted very aggressive and angry despite me asking politely. Please do not be rude to NICE customers.
The front desk girl didn’t ask for Flybuys and she couldn’t add my Flybuys after 😿
