I would rather go to Kmart than Walmart. Store is clean, associates are friendly for the most part, and I always find a deal! Plus, love my rewards points!
beware crazy return policy of kmart . my daughter bought me pajama pants for christmas too big. i tried to exchange for a smaller size the day i got them and told not with out a receipt. i got the receipt and tried yesterday to return them again a no its been over 30 days, are you kidding me????? the tags still on them and never worn and they wouldnt even change for size.even called the corporate office and told no. no wonder this place is dead and i hope they close soon. i dont shop there and will continue not to shop there... read more
Thank you Vickie at the service desk and the person in automotive for reminding me why I don't shop at Kmart. I ordered a car battery, the guy said he was taking care of the order while I was on the phone with him. Now 4 hrs later and my money is out of my bank account but I have no battery.
There prices are expensive on everything even though it’s all supposed to be on sale! The lines are slow because customers have to get price checks because their scanners are broken. Never a fun experience! Time to close your doors!
