nothing left I know it's closing but really?
This is by far the worst customer service staff. Rude. argumentive. went in to do an exchange of size. Had receipt on cell phone. was not able to pull all of it, due to them having their WIFI blocked? Lucinda, just kept going on and on that she couldn't exchange without receipts. I have it, your blocking me from showing. Then when done transaction finally. she never said thank you, I'm sorry for the wifi problem. Nothing.
I'd like to thank Paula, an employee who went to the trouble of making a two year old very happy! On Monday morning, December 19, 2016 my grandson lost his visibly well love "Buddy Bear". We searched the store several times. I left my name and number without any expectations. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call that afternoon from Paula, who had found the bear. Target and walmart were very accomodating about returning items from baby shower without receipt. Kmart was not willing to help us because we did not have a receipt. Not even for an even exchange. Just wanted to get boy version of what we had. Unfortunately, (ultrasounds were wrong about the baby being a girl) It was clearly their products! Will not be shopping there again. Clearly they don't care about their customers!
Store is fine. Staff is fine. Checkout is always SLOW!!!!!!!!
It reminded me of a kmart I worked at 20 years ago.
