KMA keeps me on the road have been for years love this place can't go wrong reasonable too!
Over committed and under delivered on getting it into the shop and getting the service completed. The technician left multiple harness mounting bolts off the manifold. Upon getting the work complete they released my son's vehicle after breaking off the vacuum line from the intake. It took 5 days to notify them (no answer) and once I did get in touch with them they would only pay for the new part (no labor or loss of vehicle).
Very unprofessional say they will leave keys in the vehicle never did. Aren’t open when they advertise to be also was told they were open today from 8am til 12pm it’s almost 930 now and still no answer and no one at the shop.
Have used them off and on when in area (I travel a lot) for close to 20 years. They have always fixed things correctly, kept me informed, and got me in on a timely manner. Great people!
