Very unprofessional say they will leave keys in the vehicle never did. Aren’t open when they advertise to be also was told they were open today from 8am til 12pm it’s almost 930 now and still no answer and no one at the shop.

Have used them off and on when in area (I travel a lot) for close to 20 years. They have always fixed things correctly, kept me informed, and got me in on a timely manner. Great people!

Before having our car towed there, we called and told them what kind of car it was and what the issue was. They said they would be able to work on it. They never once even called us about while it was there for months. We had to call them and check on it. They would not admit that they couldn't or wouldn't work on it. So,our car sat. outside with the windows down. Daily, we would drive by and stop to put the car cover back on because they wouldn't make sure it was secure before they left for the day. I called ahead and scheduled an appointment to have a software update done on my car. I called a week later after driving by and noticed my car still wasn’t in the shop yet and they told me they “just didn’t get to it yet, but it’ll be in the shop for sure by tomorrow”. I stop by 2 weeks after my appointment date and was cussed out and yelled at by the owner for not giving them enough time to get to it (even though I had originally called and scheduled an appointment a week ahead).
