I’d give zero stars if I could. What a bunch of incompetents—primarily Cory Myers. Poor communication and lack of (ironically) accountability. They gave us obviously inaccurate information and improperly prepared our 2023 tax returns. When we contacted them to let them know that they had made errors and, as a result, we had to pay substantial interest on our amended federal and state returns, they told us they would not reimburse us for the interest since we had had use of the money. This Firm every year gets worse and worse. We constantly find errors in our books. Our Taxes had major mistakes that thankfully the IRS Caught and sent a notification letter about. Good luck getting any sort of follow up or responses from the upper management including the CEO. The CEO would only respond to emails from a male figure never from my wife for some reason. All in all do your research before choosing.
I wish I would have read these reviews before connecting with this company. A friend recommended them, but I would never work with them again. I was first directed to leave a message for one of their preparers. I got no call back. I was then given to another associate after calling again. I met with Zac on March 3 after sending in all my materials in advance. It's now April 10, and I do not have my tax return.
