I’m not familiar with the company but I took a leap of faith and was able to work with Ms. Monique Bridges. She is absolutely fantastic and very professional I hope to work with her in the future. She helped my family get a very comfortable and beautiful home for a very affordable price. She kept in communication with me with every update and she was very nice and please.
I applied 04/11/25. I was told on 04/25/25 i would get an approval for may 1st but then the property manager was out of office, then i waited damn near 3 weeks for an approval just to get told that i make too much. And only reason i found that out was because i reached out to them. When you call the website no one knows anything they tell you they will have someone call you and they never do. This is my first time trying to rent and this experience has been nothing but false hope.
Called asked a question and was hung up on. Was trying to find out if they had any rentals.
I should have read the reviews before doing a job for them.
