The staff was well prepared and extremely professional in every way, including, attitude, appearance, and completing testing.
Needed to get some info, but worker named Cathy was unprofessional, rude, wish I could have taken business elsewhere. When told my job needed a TCN number from last year I was told "you were given a paper" when informed I didn't have it anymore she said that anything pass 6months they don't have anymore then she said it's a fee to get 🤦🏿after informing I have no issue paying she hung up.
To be honest, I was undecided if I should try this business for my fingerprinting that I needed to get done to finish my background check, but since the location was so close to where I lived I tried them anyway. I arrived there at opening time, so I was one of the first people to be seen. Vanessa was very helpful and answered all of my questions and made the fingerprint process quick and easy. They made a mistake on my test I called to ask for my money back and for them to correct the mistake. The boss was rude she addressed me as this guy when I think she should have called me Mr or sir... she gave me my money back but was rude and threw it on the table and marked the big free on my paper then replied you got this for free .when I paid for it in the first place and I was coming back missing work mind you and she was very rude about that.
