Bought a 2016 Ford Escape in December 2024. Fast forward to now, less than a year after purchasing, the engine is going out. The mechanic said it looked "doctored". You put a bandaid on a serious problem and sold it "as is". Con artists personified. We reached out and were told there was nothing they can do. Of course! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had Matt as my salesman, he was amazing! He explained everything well and was open to any/all questions. I recommend him 100%, as well as KMA Auto.
