They saw me coming before I rounded the corner. I saw a high top van that I was interested in and test drove it. There were no warning lights on other than the tire sensor. The van did OK on a short test drive. When I came back I was told them I was not sure and started to try to not follow through with the purchase. The salesman Woody was very good and very persuasive at convincing me I didn't know anything about cars and offered me an additional $500 on my trade. Bought a 2016 Ford Escape in December 2024. Fast forward to now, less than a year after purchasing, the engine is going out. The mechanic said it looked "doctored". You put a bandaid on a serious problem and sold it "as is". Con artists personified. We reached out and were told there was nothing they can do. Of course! You took our money, but you can’t own up to your faults. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from them.
