ordered and paid for a new tire, they delivered a tire that was clearly used, not new. Pictures to verify, and KM delivery driver notated his sheet that it was in fact a used tire. Contacted expecting they would discount for my customer to make it right, they refused and only offered to deliver a new one the next week. Out of town customer clearly isn't waiting 3 days for a tire, so sent them to Walmart and lost the sale.
