I have been extremely disappointed with Tammy Jackson/KM realty’s management of the building I reside in. Unfortunately, my experience has been that the management company is consistently unprofessional and does not address building or tenant concerns with the urgency, professionalism, or accountability that residents should reasonably expect. I am extremely pleased with my experience working with Tammy Jackson for my home purchase. Tammy is a fantastic realtor. Her knowledge of real estate made the process smooth and enjoyable. She understood the properties that were best suited for me. Tammy expertly negotiated the purchase of my new property. Tammy was always prompt and on the spot. I highly recommend Tammy for anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.
Tammy is great. She worked with me in a very competitive housing market. She was really encouraging and helped me keep faith. I was finally able to find the perfect place in the perfect neighborhood. Couldn't have done it without Tammy!
Maintenance requests were marked as completed without resolution, and issues persisted for months despite repeated follow-ups. An infestation issue was not disclosed at move-in and was not handled in a timely or clearly communicated way. Very disappointed in my current rental experience.
