SCAM! My husband and I were looking for a 2B1B place and one of their listings in the SGV area caught our eyes. The place was newly renovated and was within our budget so we applied. The application fee cost $90 for two applicants. One day after we applied they INCREASED the price by 7.2% ($200) which is out of our budget.
