Tara Morgan with KM Premier Real Estate has been fantastic to work with. As an out-of-state rental property owner, I rely on having someone local I can trust, and she's been exactly that for the past three years. She placed a great tenant for me and has handled every lease renewal since — always responsive, always seamless. She's also gone above and beyond by walking the property for status checks when I couldn't be there myself. Highly recommend, especially for anyone managing a property from a distance.

Tara was simply amazing! She started helping me before I even moved to Texas. I came down on a visit and she showed me multiple properties. It was challenging because I was selling a house in Colorado, but had to move here before the house sold. Tara was incredibly patient and supportive of me throughout this process, even though at times my situation was difficult. But she got me through it, and I was able to purchase the house that I wanted. I that you so much Tara for everything!!!
